These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Ocean Crown Digital, a service operated by GRAND GOSHAWK LLC, a Wyoming-registered limited liability company ("we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to our services, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

Ocean Crown Digital currently offers AI Voice Assistants to assist businesses with lead capture and customer support.

As our services evolve, features may change, improve, or expand without prior notice.

2. Subscription & Payment

Our services are available as a monthly or annual subscription. Clients may select their preferred billing frequency during checkout. This subscription will renew automatically unless canceled. We use Stripe as our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing through your selected payment method.

All pricing is listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

3. Free Trial & Cancellation Policy

Your subscription includes a 5-day free trial, which begins once the AI assistant is set up and delivered to you. During the trial, you may request edits or adjustments. However, the trial period continues regardless of whether edits are pending or completed. Please provide any required content or approvals promptly to ensure smooth onboarding.

To ensure timely setup, you are encouraged to provide all necessary access, content, or information as soon as possible.

At the end of the trial, your subscription will start manually if you decide to continue.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However:

  • If you cancel after the trial ends, no refunds will be issued for any unused days.

  • If we terminate your service without cause (i.e., not due to a violation of these Terms), we will issue a pro-rata refund for any remaining paid period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide any necessary access, content, or direction for the setup and configuration of your AI Voice assistant.

  • Review and test the AI assistant before launching it for use in your business.

  • Use the AI assistant and associated services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

We are not responsible for the content or outcomes resulting from how your AI assistant is configured, used, or interpreted by your customers.

5. Limitations of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and stability, AI tools are not guaranteed to perform flawlessly.

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We make no guarantees regarding business outcomes, revenue increases, or user engagement.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business data, or website performance issues.

  • You use our service at your own risk.

6. Support & Communication

We provide support Monday to Friday (excluding US federal holidays), 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, via email at info@oceancrowndigital.com.

Support inquiries submitted outside business hours will be addressed the next business day.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to pricing, features, or subscription structure.

If a material change negatively affects your current subscription, you may cancel and request a pro-rata refund for unused time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

10. Data & Privacy

We do not sell, misuse, or share your data with unrelated third parties. In order to deliver our services, we use third-party platforms to process and store information, such as your AI assistant’s interactions and lead details. These platforms are used solely for service functionality and are not used for marketing or resale.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with any data privacy regulations (such as GDPR or CCPA) that may apply to your business or industry.

By using our service, you consent to limited data processing and storage through secure third-party systems for the purpose of delivering the AI assistant functionality.
